On December 30, 2024, the Diocese of Battambang organized a Thanksgiving Mass for the Nativity Week, presided over by Msgr. Tep Chanpiseth, Bishop of the Diocese of Battambang also attended by priests, brothers, sisters and Christians. On that occasion, the Bishop announced the assignment of Father Chuor Damo to be in charge of Khnachormeas Community, Battambang Community Health Center, to join the Battambang Apostolic Youth Office and to help educate the spiritual community in Ta Hen Community and Lydy House.
