ជាមួយគ្នានេះ កម្ពុជាក៏ជាប្រទេសហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី ហើយលោកក៏រំពឹងថា កម្ពុជា-បារាំង នឹងបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគី និងរួមដំណើរជាមួយគ្នាជានិច្ចនិរន្តរ៍។ នេះបើយោងតាមលោកឪពុក គង់ វៀល បូជាចារ្យព្រះសហគមន៍កាតូលិកភូមិភាគភ្នំពេញ។
